Nahla Aubry is looking pretty sassy for a girl who’s about to get a new late-in-life “miracle” brother. Enjoy your last few months of freedom — you are very brave. (Also, what happened to the bottom of your dress? Scissors accident?)
Apparently this costume is Strawberry Shortcake. I just see my nightmares. (Bare feet on a communal slide towel? No, thank you.)
The only dancing I really like is classical ballet, but you have to admit that Nahla Aubry is owning this move.
Here’s Nahla Aubry displaying some of her “art” after school. Halle Berry’s daughter drew a self-portrait, and boy is it abstract.
Her drawing looks kind of like a Peanuts character mid-dance, but why does she have three eyes? And why does her hair go down to the floor when Nahla’s is obviously styled in a sensible, shoulder-length cut?
I try not to hold children to such a high standard, it’s just that by the time I was her age, I was writing in cursive and producing multidimensional mixed-media pieces.

I feel you, Nahla. Public transportation is mortifying and disgusting, and Spain is one of the most overrated countries in western Europe.
Here is Halle Berry’s daughter Nahla getting picked up from school by her dad, Gabriel Aubry. Her face says she know that this “craft” (butterfly on string?) is sub-par, and that her school is obviously not challenging her enough. By the time I was three, I was throwing elaborate parties and writing short stories IN CURSIVE. If I was Mr. Aubry, I’d be trying to get my money back.
